We check every piece for the manufacturer's cleaning code — W (water-based), S (solvent-only), WS (either), or X (vacuum only). We also test for colorfastness on a hidden area before applying any solution. This step protects your furniture from damage.
Before any liquid touches your furniture, we vacuum every surface thoroughly — including crevices, under cushions, and along seams. Removing dry soil first prevents it from turning to mud during wet cleaning, which can cause resoiling and deeper staining.
